Built in 1900, South Logan was originally a home. In 1962, it was converted (legally) into three apartment homes and retains it's historic charm.

Originally constructed alongside a number of other developments from the late 1800's through the early 1920's, The Denver Square is a common facade and layout throughout many parts of Denver.
